Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide shipping instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 


 

Exchanges

  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges on any items.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible products, subject to our return policy. 
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

 


 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

Non-returnable Items

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom embroidery, patches, or special orders)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
